Chef Stephen has skillfully crafted a special menu featuring dishes like Goat Cheese Stuffed Airline Chicken Breast with savory caramelized onion & sage bread pudding, foraged mushrooms & chicken jus and Carman Ranch Beef Cheeks braised in red wine and served with pommes aligot and roasted carrots.
This exclusive menu will be available alongside our regular offerings for a limited time, from November 18th to November 24th. We'll also have a selection of Beaujolais wines available by the glass or bottle.
